Editing and refining campaign imagery for a nationwide rebrand

Cameron Ross — Retouching & Image Editing

Cameron Ross is one of the UK’s leading formal hire providers, supplying outfits to clients and retailers across the country.

In summer 2017, the company launched a rebrand to modernise its identity and reflect new product additions.

A key part of this rebrand involved replacing the existing, outdated photography with a refreshed shoot that would better showcase both new and classic outfits across marketing materials and the website.

My role: Art direction and image editing for print and digital use

I attended the campaign shoot to provide on-site art direction, ensuring the imagery aligned with Cameron Ross’s evolving brand and met the practical needs of their catalogue and site layouts.

Following the shoot, I was responsible for editing and retouching the final images — preparing them for use across print, web, and partner marketing materials.

This included:

  • Skin tone correction and lighting adjustments
  • Colour matching for accurate fabric representation, plus removing blemishes and creases
  • Background clean-up and compositional tweaks
  • Consistent editing across the full suite of images for a cohesive final set

The final images gave the rebrand a strong, modern visual foundation — helping retailers present the range confidently, both in-store and online.
